DS-160 form

I am filling out the DS-160 form for my parents visistor visa for the Mumbai consulate. Do I have to fill separate forms, one each for my father and mother or 1 form is sufficient for both of them?
I went thru the VFS website and the instructions on immhelp but could not find anything related to this.

Please suggest//
