I'm Dr.Prasad and I had earlier been to the US for the purpose of writing an exam. I applied for a visitors visa and was issued a 3 month ME B1/B2. I had stayed 2 1/2 months and returned 2 weeks after the date of expiry of my visa though my i94 permitted me to stay till Aug 2010.
I have reapplied for the same class of visa one month after coming back, for writing another exam. And while filling up the DS 160 I've learnt that i fall into the visa renewal category since my visa has expired within 12 months. How good a chance do i stand in getting a visa since i'm applying soon after i cme back form the US? and is there a chance that i can get a 10 yr ME this time? please reply when u find time
