Help need for sponsoring my uncle/aunty

Hi,

I am planning to invite my uncle(my dad's brother) and aunty for US visit for 2 to 3 months.My uncle is working in a bank in India. They own a house and have properties in India. They have only one daughter and she is married and living in USA.But the problem is she can't able to sponsor them.

1.Can I sponsor my Uncle(my dad's brother) & Aunt to visit US? (Will there be any problem because of her daughter is living in USA in L2 visa).
2.If so, do they need to show any proof of relationship with me?
3.Do they need to show my original birth certificate during interview?

1. What are the documents I can show to prove our(me and my uncle) relationship?
2. In the interview is it OK for them to tell, their own daughter is not eligible to sponsor them?

1. Your birth certificate will show your father is.
Birth certificates of your father and your uncle will show that they have the same parents.
2. They need to give a valid reason why she can not sponsor.
