I have filled the application for my dad's tourism visa and am trying constantly for the past 3 days to take an interview date, but keep getting this error as
"Please note that this is a busy season for travel to the U.S. and because of a very large volume of applicants scheduling appointments at this time, dates are quickly getting filled. We recommend that if you are unable to schedule an appointment after a few attempts, please try the system again after some time. We continue to schedule appointments for applicants every day, and we are working to accommodate as many applicants as possible."
I navigated to URL https://www.vfs-usa.co.in/ApplnForms/RegularUser.aspx and clicked on "Schedule Appointment with the US Embassy/Consulate"
The language of interview is Tamil and I am looking for the chennai consulate. Has anyone faced this or am I doing something wrong. I cant believe that a system is having problems for 2-3 straight days.
