Hi,
I am applying for a B2 tourist visa with my parents (Dad Govt employee/Mom housewife). My sister(H1 holder)is sponsoring for us all. We 3 are planning to visit her. I have never been outside india before. Dad and I are applying for 3 weeks. Mom is applying for 2 months stay.
My questions:
1)I earn close to 50,000 monthly. Will I be questioned why am i not sponsoring myself? Will the answere 'My sister insisted' , be considered silly?
2) In the D160 form, In my work description. I have mentioned just a few lines and it does not show how important i am to this project..Should i had added more details , like I am a lead for 2 people in my module etc? My interview is on 8th june. Can I describe my duties verbally to the officer to prove that I am important in my project?
3) Should we ans only when questioned? Or should we start the conversation?
