Hi,
My parents' visitor visa got rejected third time in the last 3 years at Madras consulate (twice in Jan 2002 and third time as recently as Dec 23rd 2004).
They were always given the same reason - the officer won't think that they would come back.
I am not sure what else the officer is expecting to convince her that they have no plans to stay back here.
I heard from someone that contacting the local congressman may help. Wondering anyone has any experience in this regard. Appreciate any other suggestions as well.
