Visa extension, pending i539

Mom has pending i539, will there be any problem if she leaves before the decision is made? Do we need to inform uscis

Hi,
What kind of Non-immigrant visa extension did she apply? Normally, If any cases are pending and travel at that time, Petition may impact with consular processing adjudication or NOID.
