Help reqd for Visitor visa interview in English for parents

Hello,

My parents are having visa interview next week.
Since I could not get them interview in regional lang I had to go for English interview.
My dad is a retired govt employee and can manage the interview.
I am woried about my mom.

Please clarify the below questions.
1) Do they ask my mom also any questions in English ?
2) Dad is a retired govt employee, do he need to carry any other documents ?
3) I did followed the checklist mentioned in Immihelp, apart from that any other documents are reqd, I am sponsering the visa.
