Form I-134

Hi,

All the I-134 forms I find on the web, note on the upper left side that
they expire on 5/31/10. When will the new forms be available or can I still use those forms?

My dad has an appointment on 6/2, what should I be doing? I-134 expires on 5/31 and I cannot download a newer version (this is the current version on USCIS site)!!!

urgent query on I134

Hi,
I am working on H1B and my wife worked here on L1B,she went to india for delivery. we are planning to bring my In-Laws along with my wife & kid,My wife is going to work on L1B when she comes here.can i sponsor visitor visa for In-Laws as my wife is not working here currently? If yes do i need to mention my wife details on I134 form as Partially dependent or fully dependent?
