Inquiry for B1/B2

Hi, I have a B1/B2 Visa for 10yrs valid until 2016 with multiple entries. I am planning to visit my husband in August who is studying MS at University of Tulsa.

Do I need an invitation letter from my Husband or any sort of documents to travel?

My name is not changed on my passport after marriage, what do I need to do? Do I need to carry the marriage certificate along with my passport?

Please confirm what other documents would be needed while immigration check in USA. I have already travelled twice, but that was a business trip sponsored by the Company I am working with.
