help needed in filling Electronic version of Ds-156

Hi,

Has anyone tried filling the Electronic Version of Ds-156? I have a few questions.

1. The website says the pdf got by filling the Ds-156 is 3 pages long with barcodes on pages 1 and 3. So, should the Ds-156 form be printed back-to-back for the first 2 pages? or should it be printed on 3 separate pages?

2. I try entering 2/43A in the address line 1. It gives error saying only A-Z,0-9,$,? and hyphen are permitted. I changed the slash to hyphen. Still doesn't work. Any idea what to do?

2. Try '2 43A'. Of course, without quotes.

Use only A-Z,0-9,$,? and hyphen

See whether you are using any leading or trailing spaces.
