H4 Extension application-New H1B employer
Hello,
I am currently on a H4 visa dependent on my husbands H1B visa. My H4 is expiring by September, I had applied for my extension during April and the application status is still pending. My husband had just got a new job at a different company and his H1B visa for the new employer had just got approved. What are my options to to use my husbands new H1B approval notice for my existing extension H4 application ?
