Hello,
I am currently a Green Card Holder and have applied for Citizenship which currently have a estimated completion date of Oct 2020. My fiance and I are planning for a wedding by end of November. Now, she's in India and is a government employee since past 6 years. Now, the plan is to obviously get the citizenship, get married and apply for her to get her here legally which will take the processing time from anywhere between 6-8 months or maybe even more. So, here are my questions,
1. What else can we do to get her to the US asap without waiting? Apply for Visitor Visa or Fiance Visa? After which she wait with me in the US or make a couple of in and out trips to india and back preventing staying away or living in different continents so she doesnt get illegal on tourist visa.
2. What is the best course of actions can she do being in india to ensure she does get the visa for the country?
I would really appreciate it if someone can assist me with these questions as I want to go throught this thoroghly to make sure she doenst make a mistake.
Thanks,
Rudy
