B2 visa travel for parent

Hi,
I am US citizen currently in India. My father passed away recently and I plan to take my mother who is on B2 visa(valid till 2023.)
Does US allow parent on B2 accompanied by US citizen to enter the country?

Any information is much appreciated.

As long as she can prove that she has no intention to immigrate to USA in this visit & will surely return after sometime, she won't have any issue.
