  • B2 Visitor Visa

My mom visits USA frequently, last time she visited usa within just one month gap and the officer at the port of entry gave one month stamping. I applied for extension 15 days before her visa stamping expired. I applied for 3 months extension, what are the chances her visa extension will be approved, what happens if she gets rejected. The reason for extension was nothing medical it was just personal. Please advice

You and your mother are abusing the visitor visa given to her. If she is frequently visiting you, then she is not coming for tourism. The IO at POE understood this and had given a restricted stay of one month. You have applied for an extn that too 15 days before the expiry of I 94 date. She is not likely to get a favourable reply. My advice is to send her back before the expiry of I 94 date and ask her not to come to USA atleast one year if she wants to come again.
