About first time denial:
1. My parents visitor visa got denied in Feb 2010 and I am resubmitting the application. Do I need to carry any additional document mentioning about the previous denial in this case? If yes, what should I write in it as we were not given the reason of denial
In I-34 form:
1. In section 2 - "have resided in the US since"
What date I should mention. Whether it would be the date I arrived in the US as given in the I-94 or the first date I arrived here which was in dec 2006? Please confirm.
2. In section 9 - I had applied visitor visa last time for my parents but it got denied. Do I still need to write that info here? Whether submission date would be last appointment date or when I submitted the DS-160 form online?
About birth certificate:
1. I understand that birth certificate is must to carry while going for the interview. I have the certificate in Hindi and not able to translate into English at my place. Will it be sufficient? If not, what should I do in this case?
2. Can I ask my parents to prepare an affidavit from their side (one from Father and another from Mother) for my birth date confirmation?
Please help with these quesitons. Your response will be highly appreciated.
thank you
