Question on B2 visitor visiting US & Canada

Hi Immihelp/All,

My parents are planning to visit us in US sometime in July. They have 10 years multiple entry Visitor's Visa.

They also have Canada Visa for 6 months. They are planning to visit my uncle in Canada for 10-15 days.

I have following questions:

1. When they visit US, can they visit Canada sometime after a month to Canada for 10 days and return to US with no legal issues??
2. Will there be any issue at POE when they return from Canada.
3. Can POE reduce their stay
4. Are there any cases where POE did not allow visitors to re-enter US??
5. What documents should my parents should have handy during POE and any questions to expect from POE??

Most of your questions include 'can they', 'any possibility' etc. There is no way to answer them accurately.

They can always do whatever they want. There is always a possibility of anything. There are no guarantees.

However, in general, I can say that, if they have multiple entry USA visa and they have Canadian visa, generally, they should not have any issues going to Canada and entering back into the U.S.
