Travel from Dubai to JFK

Hi,

My mother is in Dubai currently and holds an Indian passport and has valid US B2 visa. I am an US citizen and want to bring my mother here. Can someone please help me if that is going to be an issue. Is there a travel restriction still in place in New York? Would really appreciate if someone can help me with this. Also who should I call to get more clarity.

There is currently no travel restriction from Dubai to the US and no travel restriction on B-2 visa. In fact, we just had a client whose father came from Dubai a couple days ago and landed in JFK and was admitted. What is the most important for your mother's entry is that she has a return flight ticket as evidence of her intention to depart from the United States because B-2 visa is a temporary visitor's visa and intention to return home is extremely important for the Customs officer who reviews her application for admission.
