Affidavit I-134 required in this case?

I am working in Bangalore. I will be applying for B1/B2 visa. I will be taking my wife too on B2 visa. While filling up DS160 online for my wife, the following question came.

"Person/entity paying for your trip".
What should she enter?
Self or
Other person?

She is a house wife and do not have bank account. If it is 'Self' what is the proof she can show in the interview? She can show my bank account details itself along with marriage certificate and photos?

If 'Other person' is selected, then it asked for that person details. I entered my details (Spouse details). In this case, does affidavit I-134 is required?
