Unable to get visa interview dates at delhi for visitor visa

Hi,

I am trying to get the vistor visa interview dates for my parents online at delhi consulate for more than 2 weeks now but unable to see any dates. is there a specific time period when the dates are available? Shall i get in touch with some agent for getting the dates? Anyone else facing the same issue, kindly respond.

I am in the same boat as you are. I have been looking for the interview dates for my parents at Delhi from last one month. I am not able to find any dates. I sit for 2 hours daily to look for dates but unable to find anything. Even I am thinking that I should contact an agent or something to get the interiew date. Please do let me know if you see any dates available any time or if you find a travel agent who is willing to help. I will also let you know of the same if I see something or find an agent.

i deposet my visa fees on june 19 ,2010 and i come to know that how much time it will take for interview .

i am also in same boat. i contacted another friend who had same issue last year during june-july. he said that we can wait till august-sept. and then find a suitable date unless you are in too much of hurry.

Visa dates showed up today for 7mins at Delhi consulate..

I took my mom's visa appointment date today(30 June 2010) at Delhi Consulate on 22nd july. I was 8pm(PST) (8.30am in India) when i took it. Only 22-23rd July were open. Dates showed up for 7-8 mins.only..After downloading Mom's appointment letter I checked for the dates again & they were gone..I went through so many forums to get the tips for tracking visa dates..What I collect from all is (most probably) try looking for dates at the end & middle of any month to get dates for following month. Another thing definitely try between 6.30am-9.30am (IST) & 3.30pm-7pm(IST) on Thur,fri & following Mon. after every 10 or 15 mins if possible ( remember we have to increase our probability to catch visa dates) So, Shonu1320 sitting 2 hrs daily will not help you get visa dates so easily as its not some kind of course to finish, its bloody luck based thing which I know everyone is not so gud at that..
I was checking for dates from last 25 days & spent many sleepless nights just for getting visa interview date..It seems these days getting visa dates is just similar of getting jobs in recession pd.
Anyways good luck for all those who are trying...this is what we all need most at this point of time. If you have any query just ask..We are here to help out each other. Thanks !!
