First visit of Visitor Visa

Hi,
I am planning to apply for Vistor's Visa for my parents. But, they are yet to decide the travel dates. So , I would like to know whether there is any time restriction on the Vistor Visa, i.e., it should be used within the first 6 months or a specific time duration of the Visa issue date. Or can we use it at any time with in the Visa validity period. For example, if the visa is issued for 10 years with multi-entry in the month of March 2005, can their first travel happen in December 2005 or in April 2006.

They can enter anytime within the validity period of visitor visa stamp.

If they have 10 years multiple entry, they can enter anytime within next 10 years, unless visa is specifically cancelled for some reason.
