  • B-2 visa for parent

My father, 83 years old, already has valid B-2 visa and had visited USA last year. He is planning to come again in two weeks from now.

    1. Do I need to send invitation letter, I-134, my bank statements and other docs again in case they are needed at the port of entry?

    2. Because of the pandemic, will tourism as a reason of visit be questioned? Does anyone has recent experience related to this?

    Any help will be appreciated!

    1. None. He already has a visa to enter the US. What is needed is proof of a return ticket, medical insurance while in the US and perhaps a simple letter from you that he is visiting and you'll take care of him while in the US.
    2. He won't have a problem. Bigger issue for him will be traveling during the covid mess since he is in a high risk category
