Dear Sir/Madam:
My wife who is a US Citizen applied for Immigrant visa for her mother back in India. They didnot approve the petition on the ground that my wife could not produce sufficient evidence to prove the mother daughter relation. Her mother is 76 year old retired teacher with all her children staying India. She just wanted to visit her daughter and go back to india after 3-4 months .She visited USA in 1995 and when she came, she extended her stay for another 6months after it was approved. What are her chances of getting a visting visa this time considering her prior history?
Thank you for kind consideration.
