So I have a pending asylum application. And my mom is in India alone. I do not have a father. My mom is super old so we would like to atleast apply for her visitor visa so she can visit. Is it possible to do that? Are there any other options?

Criteria for visitor visa is clear. The applicant needs to show strong ties to the country she is from.
Being "super old" makes it easy considering you are in the US
