I have a few questions regarding the tourist visa. Please do answer.
1. If 10 year visa is issued earlier to go to U.S, should we need letter of invitation from the sponsor again?
2. Is it required the sponsor needs to fill I134 again?
3. Is that the sponsor will also need to send support documents like Bank Statement, Employment Verification Letter, Pay Stubs and Tax Returns.
4. Does the visitor need to execute an affidavit indicating his funds, job, assets, etc, and indicating that he will be returning to the India after 10 days?
