Hi, I have sponsored visitor visa for my parents, aunt and mom in law and faced rejection with each of the filing. not sure what could have been wrong. any help and diagnosis will be appreciated.
Parents - mistake i felt was they told our daughter is pregnant and i had mentioned the form DS-156 is filled by them when i had submitted it online. the interviwere asked my dad if he knows computer and his answer was no. hence i think it is obvious what the reason for rejection was -
Aunt - they might not hv got sufficient ties with me as sponsor
mom-in-law - could it be a reason that i am sponsoring not my husband (he is on L2 dependent visa hence i sponsored instead of him)
My questions are -
if i am reapplying the visa, who do you think have better chances of getting it (my parents or in laws)
can my husband on L2 visa sponsor his parents?
what should be my approach this time around for the interview and visa application.
