Tourist Visa rejection

My mothers tourist visa got rejected under section 214b. At the time she was not carrying my work visa documents . I am on H1 visa and so is my husband. My husband will be sponsoring her and therefore she was carrying his documents but not mine. I have now sent her my documents .My father got his vistors visa on the following day. She is also carrying all other documents as proof that my sister is working back in India and so his my father. She has her ancestral property to take care of and she is carrying that proof as well.Are all these documents enough ?
My mother is not working now but used to work in a hospital in the admin department .
