Application for non immigrant B-2 visa

I am applying for B-2 visa on independent capacity and will be paying for my trip, stay and visit in the U.S. My daughter and son-in-law stay there. They will be my contact in the U.S.

• I also have few cousins in the U.S., Do I list out their names too?

4. My daughter stays in Seattle. Since she/her husband will be inviting me, can I enter U.S. through New York, stay for few days for visit, and go to Seattle?
