Hi,
I really need an honest expert advice on how to successfully come through this visitor visa process.
My father attempted his 4th Visitor Visa interview & they denied with - "No bonding to Home Country".

Here is our situation:
I am a youngest one staying in US with my wife & 1 yr son. myself & my wife both are working as IT consultant.
My elder brother,Mother & Father lives in India.(Altogether)
Elder Brother got married & had one daugther.
Elder Sister got married & had 2 sons. Settled in India. She is settled close to our Home Town.
Elder Brother & Father runs a Tours & Travels Business in our Home town.

Our Interview Zone is Mumbai.

1st Visitor Visa Attempt:4th Oct 2009
(I sponsored all the Visa Documents)
Mother & Father both attended an interview.
Both got rejected.
Father answered all the questions.
Simple straight qus:
1. Why you want to go US.
Ans: Tourist + Family Visit
2. Who lives in US:
Ans:Son & daughter in law
3. What you do?
Ans:Business Man
4. How much you earn in a year?
Ans: Father Replied - 1Lakhs per annum as per his Income proof.
5.How many members in family & what they do?
Ans: father answer 1 son- doing Business with him,daughter settled with 2 kids,Wife is a House wife.
Visa Officer- said. You can not get Visa now Try later-
Result
enied.

2nd Visitor Visa Attempt:27th Oct 2009
(I sponsored all the Visa Documents)
Mother & Father both attended an interview.
Both got rejected.
Father answered all the questions.
Simple straight qu:
1. Why you want to go US.
Ans:Father Tries to Answer- in b/w stopped Jumped to next qu...
2. Who lives in US:
Ans:Son & daughter in law
3. What you do?
Ans:Business Man
Visa Officer Immediately Said- You can not Get Visa.
Result:Both Rejected.
We had some family get together in the 1st week of Nov so we thought lets try again if they will get it so it will be very nice & We applied again in a gap of 23 days only. (I know I did a mistake here BUT its already done- I will not advice anyone to schedule so quickly).

3rd Attempt:
I did some research & try something different to schedule my mom & father interview separately & I provided my wife documents & made my wife as a Sponsor.
3rd Visitor Visa Attempt:9th March 2010
(Wife sponsored all the documents)
Mom got visa with above simple questions, she answered the same what I typed above.
Father Interview.
1st 3-4 questions were same BUT this time Visa Officer get into details like- asked questions:
5. What are the companies I(Son in US) worked in India?
Ans:Father not able to answer properly as He bounced by questions.
6. Where did I completed my degrees?
Ans: Again he tried BUT not able to answer quickly.
7.How did I went to USA which company & all the details-
(As I came to USA through directly US consultancy NOT through Indian MNC's- Father couldn't able to explain Visa Officer)
Ans: Father not able to answer.
Result: Visa Denied.No tie up to the Home Country

4th Attempt:11th June 2010
(Wife sponsored Documents)
Conclusion: We thought - As Father is answering as "Business Man" + Brother Business, we tailored my father answer something like this:
1.Why you want to go US?
Ans:Father answered Tourist..etc again stopped in b/w n jumped to next qu.
2. What you do:
Ans: I am a farmer & have 2-3 vehicles that I ran through in local small companies as Tours & Travels.
3. How much you earn?
Ans:He said 2-3 lakhs, He can show the document,Visa Officer said- Ok no prob. no need to show.
4.For how long you want to go to US?
Ans: at least 6 months BUT as per your wish whatever time you permit madam.
Visa Officer took sometime to scroll through in her computer & finally said- Denied.
Reason:No bonding to India.

I want them to bring them here ASAP. last 2 interview was in interval of 3-4 Months. I don't know what would be the time line as couple of my friends got their parents visa with in a month 2nd or 3rd time & some got in 2-3 months interval also, I don't think- visa interview time difference will make any difference.
Pls suggest me, What should I do to get my father visa approved.Pls help.
