Visa appointment date calendar not showing up for hyderabad consulate

Hi,

I am applying visa from my parents to USA.
I tried to schedule an appointment in hyderabad but couldnt,
as the web page was showing me kolkata calander instead of hyderabad calendar.
Not sure if hyderabad embessy is operating fulltime.

Now took a chance and scheduled the appointment in chennai embessy by selecting state of residence as tamil nadu. Not sure it this creates a problem.

I had to pick state of residence as tamil nadu inorder to get chennai appointment calendar. If i pick andhra prades as state of residence (this is where my parents are from) it is showing up kolkata calendar.

What you have done is not correct.

You should have waited until it gets fixed, if it indeed is a problem.

You must select Andhra Pradesh as the correct residence state.

Trying to book an appoint but no calendar is displayed for Hyderabad

But Mumbai does display the calendar but the next available dates are in September which is quite far . I beg to differ. It shows 16 days for visitor visa that is B1/b2. The wait time for other non immigrant visas is 116 days at Hyderabad.
