Finally I could schedule appointment for my in-laws in language English. Thanks to immihelp!!!
Well, I have few more questions now:
1. I am inviting my Sister in law who is unfortunately mentally retarded? My in laws have her doctor certificate from year 2000 which says that she is mentally disable. so my question is can they use same certificate for visa interview?
2. I am preparing documents for my parents now. My dad is retired from govt service. He has something called as pension passbook which has record only for pension deposit? Will that be sufficient or he will need another letter from govt? He also has official documents of his retirement.
3. Do I have to mention on my parents I-134 that I already sponsored my in-laws? Will that have any effect on visa approval of my parents? Obviously, we are not planning to call everybody at one time.
4. I filled DS-160 for my parents back in Feb with intended date of travel 05/20/2010. But unfortunately the plan could not work out. So can I still use same form or it is advisable to fill new form?
