Need advise on visitor visa

Hi there
i need advise on visitor visa
let me explain the scenario
they went on 26th june 2010 to get visa at mumbai consulate
i have 2-yr daughter who is in india and she needs to get visa as well(h-4)
my parents and daughter had same day and same time interview and they
faced following questions
1-why do you want to go to us
ans-to take our grand-daughter to the us and visit to the family
2-what does your son do?
Ans-he is pharmacist
3-do you any other child?
Ans-yes we have one son who in us.
4-what does he do?
Ans-he is computer engi.
Finally, counselor replied that i am granting your grand daughter
visa.your are rejected.
I have sponsored my parents.i am in the us with my wife.
Now my parents would like to make an another attempt for visa and my baby is still there.
In our family we(myself and my brother are in the us)
do you think i should send i-134 form again.how long should they wait before second attempt?
