Rejection - Reapply

Hi,

I have traversed your site quite extensively, but couldn't find a clear answer to my questions below.

One of my family members was rejected recently when she attempted to apply for U.S. Non-Immigrant visa. We are planning on having her re-apply sometime in the next month or so, but wished to know if:

• A new DS-160 needs to be applied for once again?
• If the last applied DS-160 application is not older than 1 year, can it be re-used when trying to re-apply?
