Questions on Vistior Visa

Hi,

I am planning to get my parents to US on Visitors Visa. I had a doubt on which i need clarifications, that is , the permanent address in their passport mentioned is different from where they are staying now. Earlier it was a rented apartment, and now they are residing in their own house(which they actually bought).
So can i mention their residing address in the Visa Applications or should the address in the passport be changed?
Is there going to be any problem with different address in the passport and Visa Application?
