    I-134 Expiry date

    Hi - In the I-134 on the top right hand side the expiry date is mentioned as
    05/31/2010. Is this the form still to be used while filing the Visitors Visa. Please let me know if i may need to download the latest version from somewhere

      Thanks for pointing me out... But in the column 8 i am not able to enter as "Spouse" in the column "Relationship to Me"

        Others have encountered a similar issue. I simply printed out and hand wrote "wife" in that space.
