visitor visa in few days ..can you pls answer..thank

Hi,

My parents are going for Visitor visa in few days. My father never worked for any company..we had small business and business is not there any more..my dad is taking care of properties named on me and my dad/mother etc. Also they are taking care of my sisters son's etc (lives with my parents). Can you pls suggest what should we answer when VO asks

1. what do you do ?
2. How much you earn?
3. why you are going ?

any other things we need to take care pls....

visitor visa rejected twice for my mom (both in 2007) and dad (once in 2007)...appreciate all your help...pls let me know..
