B2 Visa holder travel restriction

Given so many rules etc., I am bit confused about if there is any restriction on Indian national holding a valide 10yr multiple entry B2 visa from coming to us. My father wants to visit us during winter time, be with grand kids and such. It seems there is none but would appreciate if anyboday has entered US on B2 visa recently. Was there any issue during deprature or arrival. Thanks. What a time we are all going thru.

There are no restrictions, as long as he enters by air (not land), and he does not go to or transit through Mainland China, Iran, the Schengen Area, the UK, Ireland, or Brazil in the 14 days before entering the US.
