Below is our situation:
We have applied for Visitor Visa extension on August 15th and the packets were received by USICS on 17th August but we did not received any receipt number or money was not deducted so far. It's been more than 2 weeks and my in-laws i-94 also expired(yesterday is their i-94 expired). We have been calling them but the waiting time is too long. Is this a legal stay? Anyone faced the same situation or have any idea?
