    India passport was renewed but valid US visa is in old passport

    Hi,
    My parents Indian passport was renewed and her 10 yrs US visitor visa was stamped in her old passport. Can she travel? Or she needs a new visa in her new passport?

    Can travel, as long as both the new as well as the old passports are carried along.
    Just an opinion; Not legal advice.

      Yes, I believe scientist is correct as I've been in the same situation before
      Bring both passports and I believe you should be fine
