Dependent on B1 visa-urgent help

I am on B1 Visa and want my spouse to come as dependent. In this regard I have following questions:

1. What are the documents my spouse should carry to travel on "Travel" visa ?
2. Is travel visa only option ?
3. What documents should I send to her for her to travel ?

FYI: my spouse is not working.
