Hi,
I'm on H1 visa in US and I need to send the sponsor documents to my parents for visitor visa.
My employer has sent me the I-797C document which is the courtesy copy of the approval notice.
Instead of I-797A which is the original approval notice.
My question is, Can I send I-797C document only and ask my parents to go the embassy for stamping. Will that be fine? (Or) Do I need to send the I-797A document (actually my employer lost it and applied for duplicate)?
