Mother in law visa - visitor documents

My mother in law is attending an interview in Chennai Consulate soon. She is a house wife and my father in law (who is a state government employee) is not applying for a visa this time. Should she take my father in law's income proof/bank statements also even if he is not attending the interview?

I have advised her to carry following docs. Do you see a need for anything else? I have not listed the sponsor docs here.

Interview letter
HDFC Receipt
1 Photo
Passport
Lease agreement of their rental house
Personal Affidavit explaining financial and family ties
FD Receipts
Her Bank statements
Family Photos
Voter's ID (Self, Spouse, Child, Parents)
