Hello,
Today my father went to get the affidavits for my father and mother from CA. I tried to replicate the format that was given in this website but CA gave in his own format about the financial information and he says he cannot provide individual affidavits for father and mother separately bcos my mother is housewife and solely dependent on my father. Will this document be sufficient for the interview. Can the affidavits be made from notary? Please help me.
