second visit on visitors visa, sponsor has an L1 extended visa
hi,
We recently got an extension on our L1 visa, my parents are coming here for the second time. last time they visited in 2008. What documents should they carry for immigration purposes to show at POE apart from invitation letter. Do we have to send them the photo copy of New petition of L1 visa ? what other documents are required if any ?
