DS-160 - Do you have any immediate relatives for Father-In-Lawe

I have completed DS-160 for my Father-In-Law and booked the appointment date on July 27th, at Chennai India. But today only i realized that, i said "No" in DS-160 in question "Do you have any immediate relatives ... ?". I said "No". But my wife is in USA only. Is it possible to update the DS-160 and get the new barcode and reschedule my FIL PA date now?
Please advice me. This is urgent since my Father-In-Law has appointment date on July 27th.
