urgent Help needed- Lost visa aaplication documents

Hi,
My parents visitor visa interview date is on 19th July. I had sent all the documents (interview appointment letter, confirmation page, DS-160 etc) using USPS EMS. It's been more than 15 days but my parents haven't recieved the documents yet. Now their interview is in another 2 days. is there a way to retrieve the documents online so that they can get a print and go with that. Please advise.

You can get interview appointment letter from VFS site. Have you ever checked it? Don't you see it?

Didn't you save a copy of DS-160 confirmation letter?
If so , you can send these copies (PDF docs) by e-mail so that somebody there can print.
