I am a Us citizen for the past 10 years and parents attempted to get a visiting visa twice, both times they were rejected under the section 214b. The only way for them to come and visit us is through immigration. I have learned that I the choice of selecting Embassy filling. Can anyone tell me if I physically have to go to New Delhi to do this or can I do this from here, or may be through an attorney?
