DS 160-Family information-relative meaning

while I am trying to fill up DS 160 form B2 visa there is a question to be filled in "Do you have any immediate relatives not including parents in US". when I select NO another question pops up asking "Do you have any other relatives in US". I wish to know whom do they mean by other relatives. hope some one can help me on this
I have no siblings /children or parents in US.

Relative means relative.
Don't understand why you need explanation for this.
(Need examples? mom's brother, dad's sister, sister's husband etc etc etc..)

If you don't have anybody that you know, you can say NO.

I have no uncles or aunts in US however I have cousins in US hence i asked.

hi i have two problems first i applied for visa to attend medical conference and it has been denied i really need this conference to help me in my theiss so iam thinking of reapplying next month is this right or no as i failed to show all my papers that prove sufficient ties to my home country but this time my brother is doing observership in states he has tourist visa as well so shud i write yes in immediate relatives in us and write non immmigrant bearing in mind he will come back after two months i didnt write that in first application ....any advice please
