Hi,
Please help me. My mom's 10yr visa is expiring on Sep 25th 2010. She is currently in US (came last month). At the port of entry, she got 6 months stamped on
her I94 (Dec 2010).
Does she require visa renewal to stay untill Dec 2010?
If visa renewal is not required, will it pose a problem when applying for visa in India after staying for 6 months in us? Note again visa expires on Sep25th 2010 but I94 is valid until Dec2010.

If visa renewal is not required, will it be problem when applying for Green card for my mom?

Visa is just entry permit.
Once entered she (or anyone) can stay until I-94 expiry date.

Visa renewal will be no prob in India.
I dont think there is any connection between visa renewal and GC.
