US Visitor Visa - Company Leave Letter Doc

Hello friends,

I am in the process of applying for my US Visitor Visa from India. I was checking the documents that are necessary for the US Visitor Visa.

One document i.e. the "Company Leave Letter" is difficult for me to get at the moment as I am serving my notice period currently. I am only going to work in my present company until next month and hence they would not provide me any Leave Letter from the company.

Can I do without this document. I have all other documents that are required for the processeing of the Tourist Visa.

Why I asked is as I saw in many sites regarding the requirement of Getting a Leave Letter / NOC from the company.

Now Should I write regarding why I can't obtain the Covering Letter and stuff.

Simple. Tell the fact to VO why you can not obtain the leave letter as you have already resigned. Be ready to answer the other question VO will put. Why do you want to visit USA after your resignation?
